"Sense of humor" is not the first thing I generally think of when I contemplate Declan McCullagh's mailing list (no disrespect and don't know the guy; he just covers some mighty serious stuff, like privacy and surveillance and free speech, that's all). So this breathless blog-toned coverage of the recent Apple hearing took me happily by surprise -- just right, down to the gratituous slap at Windows users. Good fun with a purpose; after all, is this the kind of info or detail you'd have gotten about the matter from "straight journalism?"
