Reunited with Sidekick...
...and it feels so good. The data-access problem ended for me sometime Thursday, but on Friday I (and presumably the rest of the affected userbase) got a nice note apologizing for the uproar, promising a $20 credit against our next bill, and hinting at some nice new toys for us to download soon. A cheerful end to what has been a trying week for all, I am certain.
